Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lehighsystems.net (the “Site”), operated by Lehigh Technology Systems LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Lehigh Technology Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Our services

The Site provides general information about Lehigh Technology Systems and the services we offer. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services on particular terms. Any professional services we provide, including web development, hosting, digital marketing, and IT support, are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between you and us. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, the Lehigh Technology Systems name and signal-ridge mark, designs, and code, are owned by or licensed to Lehigh Technology Systems and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, or use our name or logos, without our prior written permission.

Information you send us

When you contact us through the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the contact form; information shared before a written agreement is in place will not be treated as confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and a link does not mean we endorse it. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate, or current. Content on the Site is general information and is not professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEHIGH TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lehigh Technology Systems and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and changing the effective date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

General terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site, and replace any prior understandings about it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without restriction.
