Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Lehigh Technology Systems LLC (“Lehigh Technology Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit lehighsystems.net (the “Site”) or contact us. It applies only to the Site and to communications you send us through it. Work we perform for clients is covered by the agreements we sign with those clients.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name and phone number, if you include them
- The topic you select and the contents of your message
- Your confirmation that you agree to this Policy
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the servers that host the Site automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on the Site, and we do not track your activity across other websites. If that ever changes, we will update this Policy before we do so.
How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Provide quotes, proposals, and information about our services that you asked for
- Provide support to existing clients
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site, including preventing spam and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to marketing email lists unless you ask us to.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the Site and our business, under obligations to protect your information. These include Microsoft (Azure Static Web Apps hosting), Web3Forms (which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox), and our email provider.
- Legal requirements. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lehigh Technology Systems, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent. In any other case where you have asked us to or agreed that we may.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not use cookies. To match your device’s appearance, the Site asks your browser whether your device is set to light or dark mode; this check happens entirely in your browser and the answer is never sent to us. If you use the theme button to choose the opposite of your device setting, that one choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the Site looks the way you chose on your next visit. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver the Site securely.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and emails for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, generally no longer than three years after our last communication unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs kept by our hosting provider are retained according to that provider’s standard practices.
How we protect information
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete information we hold about you
- Stop contacting you
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. To make a request, email info@lehighsystems.net. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where the law allows.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
Lehigh Technology Systems LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in the United States, and the Site is hosted in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Links to other websites
The Site may link to websites we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice on the Site.
